By accessing and using GreenMarket ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use or access the Platform.
GreenMarket is a platform that allows users to discover innovative and environmentally sustainable products and connect directly with sellers. GreenMarket does not sell products, act as an intermediary, or participate in commercial agreements between buyers and sellers.
GreenMarket provides a platform where:
- Sellers can showcase products and provide information about their sustainable solutions
- Buyers can discover products, evaluate available information, and contact sellers directly
- Users can communicate regarding potential commercial relationships
- Sellers and buyers can independently arrange agreements, payments, shipping, delivery, warranties, and other commercial terms outside the Platform
GreenMarket only provides visibility and communication tools. GreenMarket does not guarantee, certify, verify, sell, distribute, or represent any product or seller listed on the Platform.
No Payment Processing: GreenMarket does not process, collect, store, hold, or facilitate payments between buyers and sellers. No commissions, transaction fees, escrow services, payment protection, or financial services are provided through the Platform.
Direct Transactions Between Users: Any purchase, payment, invoice, delivery, warranty, return, or commercial agreement is established exclusively between the buyer and the seller. GreenMarket is not a party to these agreements and does not intervene in any commercial relationship between users.
Seller Responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for their products, pricing, availability, legal compliance, certifications, environmental claims, invoicing, taxation, customer support, warranties, returns, and all obligations arising from their relationships with buyers.
No Transaction Liability: GreenMarket does not guarantee, supervise, negotiate, approve, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, delivery, payment, performance, or suitability of any product or agreement between users.
Free and Non-Profit Platform: GreenMarket is a free, non-profit platform created to promote visibility and discovery of innovative and environmentally sustainable products. The Platform does not charge users registration fees, listing fees, commissions, or transaction fees.
No Seller Endorsement: The presence of a seller or product on GreenMarket does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or recommendation by GreenMarket.
Sellers:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated information about products, including descriptions, specifications, certifications, and environmental claims
- Ensure that listed products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, and commercial obligations
- Ensure compliance with laws applicable to their business, products, and any countries or jurisdictions where products are offered, sold, imported, or distributed
- Be solely responsible for product quality, availability, pricing, warranties, delivery, taxation, documentation, and customer service
- Communicate professionally and transparently with potential buyers
Buyers:
- Conduct their own due diligence and verify the identity, reliability, legitimacy, and compliance of sellers before entering into any agreement
- Independently evaluate products, specifications, certifications, claims, and suitability before making any purchase decision
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws relating to purchases, imports, usage, and activities within their jurisdiction
- Understand that all transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers and that GreenMarket does not verify or guarantee sellers or products
Compliance with Applicable Laws: Sellers and buyers are each responsible for ensuring that their activities, agreements, and commercial relationships comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Sellers remain responsible for compliance requirements in every jurisdiction where their products are offered, sold, imported, or distributed. Buyers remain responsible for compliance requirements related to their own purchases, imports, and use of products.
No Platform Responsibility: GreenMarket only provides a platform for visibility and communication between users. GreenMarket does not participate in negotiations, agreements, payments, deliveries, or commercial relationships between buyers and sellers.
GreenMarket allows users to provide ratings and reviews based on their declared experience with sellers and products. Reviews may be submitted when the buyer and seller have both indicated that a commercial relationship or purchase has taken place.
No Verification of Transactions: Because agreements, payments, deliveries, and purchases take place outside the Platform, GreenMarket cannot independently verify whether a transaction or commercial relationship has actually occurred. GreenMarket does not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of reviews or ratings submitted by users.
Reviews must be:
- Based on a genuine personal experience
- Honest, accurate, and not misleading
- Professional and respectful
- Free from discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent, or offensive content
Users are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of reviews they submit. Creating, requesting, incentivizing, or arranging false or misleading reviews is prohibited.
Reviews and ratings represent the opinions of individual users and do not represent statements, guarantees, or certifications by GreenMarket.
GreenMarket reserves the right to remove or restrict reviews that violate these Terms, contain prohibited content, appear fraudulent, or negatively affect the integrity of the Platform.
GreenMarket may be accessed by users from different countries and jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users are responsible for:
- Complying with applicable laws in their own jurisdiction and any other relevant jurisdiction
- Understanding and fulfilling any tax, import, export, customs, licensing, or regulatory obligations related to their activities
- Ensuring that all required documentation, certifications, and authorizations are obtained where applicable
- Managing independently any international commercial arrangements with other users
GreenMarket does not provide legal, tax, customs, regulatory, or commercial advice and users should seek professional advice where necessary.
GreenMarket provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GreenMarket acts only as a platform for product discovery and communication between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreenMarket is not responsible for:
- The accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of information provided by sellers or users
- The quality, safety, conformity, legality, availability, or performance of products listed on the Platform
- The identity, reputation, reliability, or actions of users
- Agreements, negotiations, payments, deliveries, returns, warranties, or disputes between buyers and sellers
- Tax obligations, regulatory obligations, or legal compliance of users
- Any loss, damage, or dispute arising from relationships established between users
- Temporary interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform
Users acknowledge that they interact with sellers and buyers at their own discretion and risk.
Any dispute, disagreement, claim, or issue arising from interactions, agreements, purchases, payments, deliveries, products, or services between users must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.
GreenMarket's Role: GreenMarket only provides a platform that enables visibility and communication between users. GreenMarket is not a party to agreements between users and does not provide mediation, arbitration, payment protection, refunds, legal assistance, or dispute resolution services.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own documentation, agreements, communications, invoices, and records necessary to protect their interests.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, users may seek appropriate legal remedies or professional advice according to applicable laws and jurisdictions.
Users agree not to use GreenMarket for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
Users must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information about themselves, their products, or their activities
- List products that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, prohibited, or not compliant with applicable regulations
- Make false environmental, sustainability, ethical, or certification claims
- Manipulate ratings, reviews, or platform visibility through fraudulent activities
- Attempt to compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the Platform
- Use the Platform in a manner that violates the rights of other users or third parties
GreenMarket reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove user accounts or content when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, security, or proper operation of the Platform.
This may include situations involving violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misleading information, prohibited products, abusive behavior, or actions that may harm other users or the Platform.
Users may request deletion of their account according to the procedures described in our Privacy Policy.
Users may submit content to GreenMarket, including product descriptions, images, logos, documents, reviews, and other materials.
Users retain ownership of the content they submit. By submitting content, users grant GreenMarket a limited, non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, and promote such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
The collection, processing, and protection of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

GreenMarket reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective when published on the Platform.
Continued use of GreenMarket after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
