Buyers:

- Only leave reviews for services actually purchased and received
Only buyers who have completed a transaction with a service provider may leave reviews and ratings. Reviews must be:
- Based on actual experience with the service
- Honest and factual
- Professional and respectful
- Free from discriminatory or offensive language
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
GreenMarket operates globally and connects businesses across different jurisdictions. Users are responsible for:
- Complying with their local laws and regulations
- Understanding tax implications of international transactions
- Ensuring proper documentation for cross-border services
- Managing currency exchange and international payment considerations
GreenMarket acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for:
- The quality, accuracy, or delivery of services provided by third parties
- Disputes between buyers and service providers
- Payment issues or failures
- Compliance with local laws and regulations by users
- Tax obligations arising from transactions
While we encourage direct communication between parties to resolve disputes, we provide support through:
- Mediation services for transaction-related disputes
- Documentation and communication history access
- Guidance on best practices for resolution
For disputes that cannot be resolved through our platform, parties may need to seek legal remedies in their respective jurisdictions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
